The doctors are helpful but the management is really frustrating. Why do you give appointments timing when everyone has to wait more than 2 hours even after taking the appointment? I understand some patients may need more time, but 2-3 hours of wait ? Seriously? If you dont have a spot, dont give appointments. Many people are compromising work hours. Walkins are encouraged, why not patients who registered for family doctors? Also when asked how long will it take to see doctors atleast tell true waiting time rather than saying 10-15 minutes more.

My family and I have been going here for years and they have always been so professional and accommodating. Sobia at the front reception is always so welcoming and kind and the doctors are excellent. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to this doctors for 12 years, I found myself reading the reviews this morning I was pretty disappointed Dr seegobin, who's not my family doctor but has dealt with me in times of need He's always got a smile happy to see me,never leaves his patients waiting, the waiting room may be full but not because of dr seegobin. When patients book appointments, there is no way of telling whos going to need what when, leading to wait times, slowly setting the dr back each appointment . Oh and silvia the receptionist, she doesn't get paid enough nobody gets paid enough to deal with what she has to deal with every day . Dr.Attalah is very professional and patient. I've heard stories of some family doctors in GTA being very pushy and only allowing patient to ask only one question at one appointment which lasts even less than 5mins just to make more money. However, Mr. Attalah is always very responsive and responsible, caring for our family. He is always petient and listen to your concerns carefully and gives best advice. The waiting time can be very long some time. I once came right at my appointment time, and waited for an hour because there were a few patients before me. Even though thats also a proof of the professioness and patience of Mr.Attalah, I'd say the administration for the appiontments can be better!
