I’ve been seeing Dr. Seegobin for sometime now and I can honestly say he is an exceptional family doctor. He’s patient centered ,always takes the time to listen, and explain things clearly without ever being condescending or rushed, he treats both patients and staff with respect - I’ve never seen him speak down to anyone. Dr Seegobin is professional, compassionate and thorough in every aspect of his care. It’s rare to find a Doctor Who combines such genuine empathy with excellent medical knowledge. I feel very fortunate to have him as my family Doctor.

From the moment you walk in to the doctor’s office you are greeted by a wonderful friendly secretary who is so kind and helpful. My elderly parents became new patients of Dr. Ali Hirji when they recently moved to Georgetown. As part of being new patients he ordered bloodwork, bone density and abdominal ultrasounds. I took them both for the abdominal ultrasounds and the doctor called me the next day to take my mom the emergency right away. She had an abdominal aortic aneurysm. She was literally a ticking time bomb. The doctor and emergency and the vascular surgeon were wondering what made him order the abdominal ultrasounds. He did so to get a clear look at their organs. I am so thankful he did order this because it literally saved her life. Dr. Ali Hirji is kind, compassionate, professional and goes above and beyond for his patients.

Couldn't have asked for a better Medical Practioner team. From the moment I entered VIP Medical Centre & VIP Medical Spa, the Administrative assistants were efficient, friendly, patient & welcoming. Dr. Ramesh Seegobin, MD, Dr. Francis Attallah, MD, Nina, Rosa, Dr. Nemiah & the sweet Nurse Practioner are all the branches that provide a seamless day at the Doctors office. Their office is clean & well organized, however it's patients who don't value cleanliness and proper hygienic practices that make it worse for people that are trying to avoid germ exposure especially in the restroom. Dr. Seegobin/Dr. Attalah are incredibly thorough and might take a tad bit longer given one's personal circumstances. They take the time to listen, advise and address medical concerns. I'm able to feel comfortable throughout my appointment, knowing that my medical concerns would be taken care of. It's definitely not an overnight fix. When it comes to health, lifestyle choices must be made ad placed into practice. They have families of their own, thus they can only care as much as their medical backgrounds would allow them to. They too need rest, they too deserve breaks. I appreciate the attention to detail and their ability to multitask at all of my previous appointments. From a Workplace Incident to Cancerous cells, MRI's and Cat Scans, there is a process of forms that need to be filled and addressed. Highly recommend quite a bit of patience & lots of snacks because the office does get congested. There aren't enough hours in the day for these awesome doctors to have enough time to "counsel" ignorant patients. I switched over from my family dr to Dr.Nemia about a year ago after I went for a walk-in. I was looking for a new family doctor for a while, and during the visit I saw that she was accepting new patients. I got my files transferred and I have been so happy with the clinic as well as Dr.Nemia. She is honestly one of the only drs I can say will actually listen to your concerns and take you seriously. It is so hard to find drs that don’t dismiss your pain and overlook symptoms. After years of being dismissed by other drs, She not only looks into the issue, but also helps me find temporary relief and support until we figure out a diagnosis. She tries her best to take the non invasive methods first, before moving to more serious testing/medications & treatments. I never feel rushed during the appointment and always leave with a clear understanding of what was talked about. She makes sure that you understand everything and talks about possible next steps as well. I have also noticed some specialists that brush off things that show up in tests as “not significant” (even if they are or could be) but Dr.Nemia actually looks into it. I have referred her to so many people who want a new dr, as I myself am extremely happy with the level of care and comfort provided by her and the rest of the staff.

I want to thank Dr. Atallah. He listens, he’s very caring, and he truly takes the time to understand his patients’ needs and I appreciate the thoughtful care he provides.
